The title of track two is taken from an 1808 letter written by Thomas Jefferson to "My Son Capt. Hendrick [Aupaumut] and my children
the Delawares, Mohiccons and Munsies," where he urged tribal leaders that they could assimilate to the ways of their White "neighbors" through subservience to American ideals:

"You will unite yourselves with us, join in our great Councils & form one people with us and we shall all be Americans, you will mix with us by marriage, your blood will run in our veins, & will spread with us over this great Island."

This would soon extend to the Cherokees, Creeks, Choctaws, Seminoles, Chickasaws, and others through the actions of Andrew Jackson and fellow elites through state-sponsored genocide and unending, borderless expansion—a campaign which never ceased, only having taken the shape of different enemies and nations since.

The guitars of this album were recorded all in one live session, giving this release it's continuous-play structure. All synthesized and found sounds were added after—while mixing.
